If you are experiencing an issue with the widget not displaying on your website, the debug tool can be used to easily identify errors that could be preventing it from displaying

Using the debug tool

Step 1. Open the page you included the widget on

Step 2. Open the developer tools in your browser

Step 3. Type `Responseiq.showInfo()` into the console and press Enter

Step 4. You'll see an overview of your account and widget status

Tip: If `Responseiq.showInfo()` responds with the following error, the widget installation code is not present on the page

If your account has been blocked for any reason. We do not adjust the status of the above information. Meaning that if your subscription shows as "ended", the response would still show that your account has credits.
