Set up your IVR audio prompts to work with different languages and choose between male and female voices.
Steps to setup
Log in to your Company Dashboard on ResponseiQ and ensure you select the widget you’d like to update the settings for from the My Widget Domains list
Go to Settings and select General
Select the language you wish to be applied for the IVR audio prompts generated from the widget domain. You can have different languages for different widgets.
Select male or female
Preview the voice prompt for your selected language and gender
Click submit to save.
