You don't need to limit your communication to just one widget with one message - you can also create custom widgets (with unique content/calls to action):

Things to remember: The colours will remain the same as your main widget and cannot be customised. When a prospect uses a custom widget, it will work in exactly the same way. The call report and email notifications your agents receive will reference the URL or keyword trigger.
