If you're installing our widget on a German or French domain, we've got good news for you! We now have presets which you can select at the click of a button. 

As shown above, you just need to go to the Widget Customisation tab and select your language from the drop-down.

Once you have clicked submit, you will be able to review the default language content:

You can still use the Widget Screens and Speech Bubble section to make any further  edits to suit your preferences:
