What is a credit?

A credit is a connected call from 5 seconds to 10 minutes. If you have an 11 minute phone call with someone, this will deduct 2 credits.

What if I miss a call?

If you miss a call you will not use or lose any credits because the call has not been connected. If a customer doesn't pick up, you will not be be charged a credit either.

Multiplier Charges

There are some premium rate countries where a multiplier charge is applied to your calls. We pay for all the phone calls generated through the widget, but calls to these countries can cost you 2+ credits for each 10 minute block. If you do not want to do business with specific areas because of these charges, you can always block certain countries in Settings > Country Rules.

To view the multiplier charges, go to My Account > My Subscription > Premium Credit Countries

To see how many credits each call has used, you can click the info tab on your Call Reports page.

Your subscription

You can view all available options on our pricing page, but we will always recommend the right package for you after our analysis of your trial activity.

Your bill is all-inclusive - we pay for all outbound calls so you won't be lumbered with a separate bill. No hidden costs - what you see is what you pay.

The average conversation lasts between 5-7 minutes, so for local calls, you'll only be using one credit per lead. This varies from customer to customer and from business to business, but it's an interesting average to note.
