Upcoming Call SMS Setup Guide

Set up automated SMS notifications to improve call efficiency and reduce no-shows.

This feature sends notifications for both instant and scheduled calls:

- Instant Calls: SMS sent immediately when you initiate a call, before the lead answers

- Scheduled Calls: SMS sent exactly 10 minutes before the appointment time

Example: For a 10:15 AM call, the lead receives an SMS at 10:05 AM.

Setup Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to SMS Templates

1. Log into your company dashboard

2. Click Settings

3. Select Upcoming Call SMS

Step 2: Create Your Custom Message

1. Navigate to the Upcoming Call SMS page

2. Enable the custom message option

3. Enter your message in the designated text box

Step 3: Set Up Email Forwarding

Configure SMS reply forwarding to manage all lead responses from your email inbox:

1. Enable the SMS notification feature

2. Enter your designated email address

3. Save your settings

This setup allows you to:

- Manage responses directly from your inbox

- Integrate responses into your existing workflow

- Maintain comprehensive interaction records

- Access lead communications while mobile
