This feature sends notifications for both instant and scheduled calls:
- Instant Calls: SMS sent immediately when you initiate a call, before the lead answers
- Scheduled Calls: SMS sent exactly 10 minutes before the appointment time
Example: For a 10:15 AM call, the lead receives an SMS at 10:05 AM.
